The Easiest Healthiest Food to cook when hungry

ok. The easiest food to cook will of course be fried rice.
Why? Cause its easy to prepare and yet filling.
First, take those leftover rice of that day(easy to find right??)
Add garlic and abit of oil.
then add the rice and fry them
Then crack the egg over them and fry them thoroughly
When its golden brown colour, it means it is ready
Juzz scoop it up and its ready to eat!
