Pig Stomach Soup

Firstly, when going to market, its best you choose those pig stomach that are fat.
no idea why but my mum say its good.(havent practice yet. maybe i shall try going market more often)
next, cut away the inedible part and then wash it with lime and salt to remove the stench

ok now we ready for the preparation.
Soak the red dates and those small ones*dunno what they call but i call them small red dates)
Grind white pepper
then add the red dates, big and small plus the pepper INTO the pig's stomach.
* Make sure to drain away the water from the red dates*
Then put it into a big pot and fill slightly more than half of it with water.
Leave it to boil for 1hr! ( start adding the fishballs etc after around 50+ minutes)
