Fries.

First, heat up the oil in your fryer. (make sure you check the oil and make sure its not too black or whatever you call it. Sometimes if the oil has been used too many times, the fries will look chao ta even though its not. )

When the oil is heated up, take the pack of fries and put it in. DO NOT defrost it. This is to make the fries crispy.

After around 5 - 6 minutes, (6 is just to ensure its cook), take it out and put it on your plate.

Take some chilli sauce or ketchup or whatever sauce you want to go with it.
Add salt too if you want. But add it immediately when its taken out of the fryer!

Some delicious fries! :)
