Japanese Noodle

First, boil the water.

Then add the noodle.

























Let it soften and meanwhile, take a bowl (enough to put all the noodles inside) and fill it with tap water.


Add ice cubes to it (optional but recommended)




When the noodle is cook, filter away the water and put the noodle into the bowl with ice water to let it be cold. Add more ice cubes if you want.


































When its cold, scoop out the noodle(without the water) and put it into a bowl.

Eat it with the japanese noodle sauce




To make the jap sauce, our tablespoon of the sauce muz be mixed with 2 tablespoon of water.
