Mango Cake Decoration
ok well first, cut the cake into two or three layer. 3 is extremely hard and to cut them all equal is damn difficult as well.
well next, add the whip cream on one layer of the cake(to do whip cream, add abit of whip cream into the mixer and then turn the power to 3 and mix it. It will slowly start rising and when there is no lumps in it, then it means that it is thoroughly whip.)
Well. if there is some mango that are cut until vv ugly or horrible, then place them in this layer
Then place the second layer on top. Add cream to it as well. (If you have a third layer, then do exactly the same for what you do for the first and second layer)
Make sure to apply cream to the sides as well. Then use those decorations thingy to decorate some designs using cream. And add the mango(slices) on top of it.Put it in the fridge immediately. esp when you see the cream starting to melt.
Well next, go prepare the agar agar or whatever you call it. Open the packet and pour it into a small cooking pot.
Add water and some sugar and boil it. Make sure to be constantly stirring it. so that the sugar will be thoroughly dissolve and melt it as well. When it's boil, take it out and leave it to cool.
When you see it starting to harden( means there are lumps about), quickly take out the cake, use those special paper to wrap around its side and then slowly add the agar. Best if someone helps you cause the agar will flow down the cake instead.*we only want it on top of the cake*If hard, can try doing it by putting the cake in the fridge.*there is a possibility that the agar will harden faster*
When its done, there's your cake!!!
