Custard/Durian Puff without the Custard/Durian
Sadly to say, i only managed to get half of this recipe and not complete. But fear not, cause i will try to get the full one if i could. Anyway, here's the recipe for the puff itself.
Measure 260g of cake flour and sieve it.
Measure 200g of butter and put it into a pot and add 500ml of water. Boil it till all the butter has melted.
Crack 8 eggs and beat it.
When the butter is boil, add the flour in it and stir and it will become a lump
keep stiring to make it cool *it will get harder and harder to stir*
Transfer it to mixing bowl and beat it using the machine. *best not to use full speel*
when its COOL, add the egg and continue mixing it. Keep doing so until the dough is smooth.
Use piping bag and tube to pipe out the cream puff onto the tray.
Bake at 200 degree celsius for 20 minutes.
Take it out and let it cool
