Custard for custard puff
100g custard
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of sugar
2 cups of HL low fat milk
Boil sugar and milk until boiling under low fire and add the custard with water together and stir until the paste thicken. Let it cool and its done!!!
To put the custard into the puff, take a scissor and cut the puff at the sides. It will be hollow inside. Put the custard in and the puff is done!!!
