Custard
100g custard powder
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of sugar
2 cups of HL milk
Boil sugar and milk until boiling point under low fire and add the custard powder and water together and stir until it thicken and then let it cool.
*starting that time, it may appear to be a liquid, but keep on stirring and it will soon thicken. You may be douthful at first but in the end, the liquid will surely thicken*
Let it cool and then just put it inside the puffs by cutting a small opening
